On this first day of summer, know all is not as it appears in your world.  Indeed know that each of you actually lives in your own world created by your perceptual lens.  Therein lies the possibility of your own personal hell or  heaven. The lens of fear of creates the former while the lens of love creates the latter.  The prevailing consciousness of this moment in eternity is fear-based and thus all the upheaval of these tumultuous times is interpreted as frightening.  When a shoot is evolving from a seed, a butterfly from a cocoon, or a human fetus from its womb, there is an experience of upheaval but some part of the consciousness welcomes it as an expansion or upgrade in life.  Were it viewed otherwise, the natural momentum of life might be greatly distorted.  Can you not see that all the current upheaval on the planet - as intense and life-shaking as it is - is also life-affirming? It is the collective consciousness on the planet beginning to awaken itself from the long, long slumber of unconsciousness.  Those of you who have engaged in the detoxification of your bodies- especially if many toxins have existed for quite some time within said body - you know that it is frequently quite unpleasant.  There is often sick feelings, weakness, sweats, fevers and uncomfortable bowel expressions until the system is cleansed.  And if one is doing the cleanse as part of a total health upgrade, following the cleanse comes the feeding or rejuvenation of the body. As the body receives the nourishment it has been lacking for some time, that is when the feeling of well-being, of strength, of peace return to a system that was actually designed to run that way. 

The earth and its inhabitants are cleansing themselves not only from misperceptions but of the results of creating from and living in these misperceptions. Trust the process and stay in the newly [re]emerging template of Oneness.  Embrace and work through the challenges that result not only from the cleansing but from the unwillingness of a growing portion of humanity to allow this fear-based, profit at the expense of others consciousness to dominate the planet. Love is beginning to challenge fear.  The outcome is assured although the process is experienced as stormy and intense by most. If you stay in LOVE, you support its emergence.  If you live or fall into fear, you add to the chaos of resistance. 

Choose love.  Stay connected in whatever ways you know to the Divine Source of all life to help you remember and claim truth, the truth of your eternal loving nature.  No matter what it has felt or looked like, you were born out of love, you are evolving through love and you are ascending back into love. Be the love that you are.  That is how you contribute to the evolution of humanity and the planet.  As your Gandhi so wisely said, “Be the change you seek in the world.”  Be Love.

We say unto you, open all doors and windows to your soul.  Let the wondrous breath of Spirit blow through the mansion known as you, restoring, revitalizing, and returning you to your rightful place.  Too many doors open only to be closed reflexively like the gates of a fortress preparing for a defensive maneuver.  Remember, the house of your Spirit is a temple, not a fortress.  It is a temple that is ever open to all people.

The need for a fortress is pure illusion - although in the human sense, the treasures within did need protection until they grew in magnitude, trust and fortitude.  It is time for you to release your magnificence without restraint, apology, fear or doubt.  Love always has been, is and will be your strength.  Nothing can withstand its presence and force although in the world of time/space, it may, indeed of ten does, look possible to do so.  Yet we say to you that it is impossible as greater and greater opening and expressing of the heart renders all fear obsolete.  At this time of great change, release that which you have collectively and unsuccessfully tried to make work for milleniums and let Truth (Love) have dominion in your world.

Weekly Inpirational Message from April 26, 2009

I am love revealing itself through the unique frame that is you. You are love experiencing yourself through the unique set of filters you have created about yourself and love. Typically, you see these as two separate things; yourself and your interactions with love - how love feels to you, what love does to you, where you find love and how you express love or where you choose to withhold love.

Some of you identify love as empowering and joyous and some as painful or as making you weak with uncomfortable vulnerabilities. You typically choose where to extend love, what type and in what amounts and when to avoid, resist, deny or withhold it. When you allowed the authentic expression of love - especially when you perceive it has been received - you often experience joy. This is because love is not just something you offer, it is who you are. And when someone resists or rejects love, the pain you feel is because you perceive their rejection as a rejection of you. In truth, it is a rejection, on the part of the recipient ,of that love that he or she is - that we all are.

Each week, during my daily meditation time, I request an inspirational message to share with those who walk the spiritual path with me.

I don’t plan what I am going to write. I’ve learned to just sit in a space of communion and let myself be used as “mouthpiece” for Spirit. Sometimes, these messages are written as though the speaker is a fellow human traveler and sometimes they are written from the perspective of one who is witnessing and guiding the human journey from “somewhere else”.

Inner Listening, which is what I call this process of receiving, is a wonderful tool for spiritual growth, guidance and healing. Anyone can do it and I encourage you to create the time, willingness and openness to do it for yourself. In the deep inner silence, we each can access such rich wisdom. After engaging thusly on a daily basis for three years, my first book, Rhiannon; Truth Seeker, began to come to me — a wonderful co-creative effort with Spirit. And three books later, the process is no less wondrous.
