Susi will be speaking on Stress Reduction and Self-care (self-love). She will share about what it costs us in cellular tissue to ignore our stress and how we can harness the power of our mind and heart to shift our body/mind into a far more efficient, healthy and creative mode of functioning and living.
Susi to speak American Holistic Nurses Association annual convention in Madison, Wisconsin on Saturday, June 13, 2009. Susi will being speaking on self-care, mind-body healing and sacred spaces.
