Today we would say to you to rejoice in life, in truth, in Reality.  Though the fog of heaviness, of fear, of doubt lies heavy on the heart of humanity, seemingly obscuring the radiant light of humanity’s spiritual core, it is important to tear a hole in this fog. This action allows one to better remember what is real, what is always present, always available beneath or beyond (depending on your perspective) the density of the current collective consciousness.  Each time you allow an authentic moment of remembrance and reunion with Truth, you render that fog of forgetfulness a little less dense, a little less powerful.  It is not unlike the rejuvenating affect of moments or hours of sunlight breaking through days or weeks of cloudy grayness.  The heart lifts and remembers beyond the grayness to the reign of sunlight that comes again as surely as it daylight follows night.

And if you can focus and grow that ray of sunlight, of God’s light in your heart, you’ll find its effects penetrate the fog of despair or doubt, or fear if and when they close back upon you.  And the ray becomes a pathway of light that can grow to become a landscape that has dominion in your heart despite a world that threatens with heaviness or even darkness.

Do not believe that you are helpless in the presence of the seemingly densifying fog. You are not.  You are the light that can penetrate it, dilute it and ultimately banish it.  You start with the fog around g own heart and dreams by claiming, remembering, praying with intention, listening and following the voice of your heart that often is muffled by the dense fog.  Know that it can never be silenced – only muffled.  As long as there is breath in your body, there is the voice of your God self present.  You may need to upgrade your sensory apparatus to amplify its presence rather than the louder, often collective voice of fear and pain.  But you have all the tools and programs within to do so.  It primarily takes intention, discipline and practice – all of course, accessed through awareness.  So we encourage you not to go what you call unconscious, to numb and distract yourself from pain or doubt, hurt or fear.  Instead follow the thread from your heart into a ray of the ever-present light.  Focus on it even if it is but a tiny ray barely penetrating the fog.  As you focus on it, it grows and can bathe and sustain you, eventually growing in size and potency to move you into an internal (and ultimately external) environment where the light is the norm and the fog the occasional visitor. And as you do this for yourself so you do it for all humanity until one day, the entire backdrop of the human journey is visible light with clouds and storms and fog intermittently blowing through.

We caution you to start with yourself; to master this process of accessing and growing the light for yourself first.  As your wise teacher Ghandi said, “Be the change you seek in the world.”  You can teach what you are here to learn but you must simultaneously be learning, lest you get swept into the sea of complacency and forgetfulness again.

If you could see yourself as we see you, you’d know just how magnificent and powerful you are.  Like the human brain of which you access only a tiny portion consciously, so it is with the power of your heart and spiritual truth.  But it is always available to you, awaiting greater activation.  You can do this through conscious intent and practice.  Again, continually find the ray of light that penetrates even the darkest landscapes.  Connecting to it for even moments at a time will ultimately banish the heaviness.  Remember, you are wondrously made and never alone.

This is a day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice. You are a creature that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice. All that you co-create with God is created out of the same essence from which you were birthed. That is why all such creations are holy. All that you have birthed out of fear is not of God and lives only in the human world (or mind) fueled by other fears and giving birth to more of them – like a microorganism reproducing itself or like a parasite feeding upon fear. And, as your creative abilities allow these fears to move from the realm of mind to manifestation in your world, they begin to appear sold and real.  And simultaneously, they often block the guiding light of Spirit so that you attempt to battle such fears from the realm of the human mind and emotions- which is the very place from which they sprang, have their roots and upon which they feed. And if your fear happens to be very present in the collective conscious, then what you call many minds will reinforce the false truth until it is as solid as everything else appears in the 3D world. It is very difficult at this point, to remember that these fears are not sourced in God and thus do not exist beyond the relatively small confines of the human mind and perceptions. In other words, they have no true substance. They are only products of erroneous and forgetful thinking.

This is the time to call upon the healing presence of God, of love, of truth. When immersed in love, you can’t be in fear – though you may flip-flop back and forth many times. The spiritual world that so many of you consider negligible, perhaps not real, is the only truth of this world, just as your individuated expression of Spirit is the “real you” that then “makes up” the body, the lessons, the relationships in form, the need for food…. Break through your illusion of being primarily a physical creature limited to and by the physical laws you created as your playground. Break through the illusion of separate beings living separate lives. Let go of the illusion that one can win when another loses. Let go of the concept that love needs to be earned or even learned for that matter.

Begin to uncover your spiritual essence and you begin to discover your power not only in this world, but also far beyond the boundaries of the world stage. Co-create with God, which is love, rather than fear and all worlds will change. In the face of true love, true knowing, fear has no choice but to curl up and shrivel and return to the nothingness from which it came. Fear can only withstand love for a short amount of time yet unfortunately, humans don’t often hold an absolute love long enough to destroy the seeming hold of fear and its offspring. Be that love.

Can you feel the twin flames of desolation and determination?  The feeling of the clock running out and of the clock just starting?  Both of those perspectives are valid.  Actually all perspectives are valid and even become true to the perceiver.  We would say, however, the fore-mentioned points of view are predominant and increasingly polarized world experiences that transcend culture, class and age.    In which camp do you find yourself?  For that camp will direct your physiology as well as your life.  Imagination and expectation are still highly undervalued (and thus underutilized) magic in your lives.  We intentionally use the word magic because so many of you believe magic is not real.    Yet what is magic but the ability to conjure up that which wasn’t there a moment ago or to make that which was, disappear.  Or to change the form or function of a fixed object.   Magic is happening all the time in your world.  Indeed it is the fabric of your universe.  Your modern day wizards are your quantum physicists who are constantly probing the world of the proton; a seeming particle that blinks in and out of existence, that appears to be both a particle and an energy wave.  It communicates with itself even if it is split in half and half is sent halfway around the world.  These little particles of light contain enough energy to boil oceans of your world.  This power is inside you, in your very DNA.  So you, too, have the potential of the magician to create and dis-create, to form and unform.  What type of world do you believe you live in?  What do you desire and what do you fear?  Where is your attention and intention?  The tricky part is that your conscious mind may harbor one intention, belief or expectation while your subconscious mind holds another.  Your subconscious has more clout and if the world you have created, the world you experience, is not of your conscious liking, you would be wise to close the gap between the conscious and subconscious.  This is especially important because the collective conscious of humanity speaks so loudly to both your minds.  Indeed, your black magicians are those who have learned to manipulate the contents of your own thoughts, desires, and expectations for their own ends.  How many of you don’t even know that you are under such spells? We urge you to awaken to your own magic, your own truth, your own power and begin to create consciously, your world and “the world”.   The clock, indeed, is running out and the clock is just starting.  Where have and are you positioning yourself?  Awaken to your power, your truth, your potency…..

Today, we would affirm that the cosmic patterns that create the 3D reality that you typically identify and experience as real life are rearranging themselves.  It is a simultaneously planned and spontaneous unfoldment.  Planned because all of humanity (and beyond) has been working towards these very moments.  It is spontaneous because it is being created moment to moment by the sum total of the collective consciousness.  By sum total we are not suggesting that each thought by each human entity carries equal weight in the outcome.  Tis a good thing this is not so for fear still runs rampant in so many hearts.  That fear definitely weighs in and affects the matrix.  But its chaotic nature weakens its impact in the sense of thought-feelings cancelling one another out.  Tis one of the reasons that fear accomplishes little but chaos.  Yet that constant chaos makes a challenging time more challenging.

Those who can hold higher vision and frequency, please do just that.  For each thought field created out loving intent has much more impact on the matrix.  Such thought fields serve as stabilizers in a rather volatile matrix undergoing such fundamental change.   Each time you transmute your fear, your anger, your judgment, you upgrade your own field. Discernment is needed as you maneuver your species into a new frequency field. Discernment is not judgment. Judgment empowers and polarizes that which created it.  We say all this to remind you of your vast co-creative potential and that while every human being’s input and ultimate evolution is essential, those in the vanguard with higher awareness and consciousness are not “victims” of the less evolved.  More accurately, you are caretakers of them – of the species as a whole.  This is not to imply martyrdom either.  Claim your knowing.  Claim your connection with all that is.  Claim and harness the love that is ever pouring forth into your matrix that too often is not captured by the masses.   Like radio waves, they are tuned into other frequency fields.  Be grateful that others did this for you until you too could become an active part of the solution, the healing.

You have no idea of the eons of support given to your species to simply arrive at this point.   Together, your growing numbers can effectively transmute a significant amount of turmoil created from both millennia of fear and the current stronghold non-serving political parties are reluctant to retire.   Each one of you is an avatar in your own right (and flavor).  Claim and be it.  Now.  We thank you for this and support you deeply.  Under those oppressive waves of fear, opportunity abounds.  See and be the vision.

We would tell you that times of shake up are not only fraught with turmoil, they are filled with opportunity.  So many human beings need to be shaken from their routines, their functional but compromised states of living, their unconscious or almost hypnotic way of moving through the day, the week, the year, the lifetime.  So much potential resides within each entity known as a human being.  No matter the intellectual capacity, the presence or lack of an “advantaged life”, the challenges of physical, mental and emotional health – each being is programmed with both difficulties to be overcome and amazing resources to be discovered and harnessed.   Without the former, the latter often fails to materialize.  Each one of you is far more powerful than most realize.  Each one of has at least one potent strand of wisdom and connection with that vast cosmic intelligence.  Some have several.  No matter how debilitated mentally, morally or emotionally a being appears, there is a thread from their heart to the cosmic source.  Your job, for yourselves and for those whom you serve, is to access that strand (or strands) and initiate or strengthen the flow from the formed to the unformed and back again.  It is essential to remember it is present in all.  There are no exceptions, though in some it might be buried, blocked or dormant.

So how do you get it activated?  First know this strand is in everyone – every person with whom you interact or see in either positive or challenging ways, is a carrier of this wisdom.  To honor that in all people – even those who are failing to manifest even a glimpse of it – will help recalibrate their own self-definition. It doesn’t matter if you ever overtly let them know that you are seeing and honoring it.  If it is coming from your authentic heart, it will be communicated.  It is like in the Snow White or Sleeping Beauty stories – beauty and grace can be put to sleep but never destroyed as it waits for the right kiss or touch of love to awaken it from it days, months, years or lifetime’s slumber.  Or as in another faery tale, being able to see past the beastly appearance and behavior was the catalyst for change.

Secondly, you must infuse these strands of consciousness and connection with life and cultivate their growth, no matter how barren the terrain seems.  Invest time, energy and trust in “real life” and the return will be manifold.  There is so much more we could and will share on this but at this moment we wish to just remind you to “Wake UP, to not run from the shake-up (please notice the upward direction) and to not seek ways to numb yourselves or lull yourselves back into slumber or complacency.  As more of you awaken, the severity of the shake-up can lessen proportionately.   And always keep an eye on and for the beautiful gold or silver thread woven into the challenges unfolding almost daily. There always is one and when it is sought and focused upon, it becomes brighter and multiplies itself into new and greater expression.  That is one aspect of alchemy that truly exists on your planet.  If you can find the thread and cultivate it even as you deal with many unpleasant and frightening play-outs, it will not only take you to the solution but will take you beyond it to a deeper, richer state that reveals more promise and is far less vulnerable to the conditions and outcomes of mass consciousness.  Please delay no longer in shifting your focus, intentions, perceptions and actions.  The window for more graceful transition is closing.  Dear Ones, REMEMBER and RESPOND. NOW!

We would tell you that there is a paradox surrounding the massive changes occurring on the planet.  There seems to be massive unraveling of the pillars that have been holding up and defining the construct of reality on the planet – especially in the world leader known as the United States.  This unraveling or breakdown is very scary for many because as faulty as you’ve discovered many of these pillars to be, at least there was an aura of stability and familiar order inherent in their presence.  A new construct is simultaneously being birthed but it is not visible to the untrained eye and the fearful heart.  So loss and disasters occupy your awareness and hearts.  There are many beings silently yet powerfully instituting (or actually resurrecting) different pillars.  We would tell you that while some significant chaos is inevitable now, due to the decades-old disregard of warning signs by the people in power, the strength of the collective conscious could mitigate such chaos to an impressive and impactful degree.  It is clear that in you current culture, what is known as big business is persisting in acting in ways to protect their interests at the cost of masses.  They will not be able to sustain such but the refusal to willingly make change for the betterment of the planet makes the initiation of the inevitable changes far more challenging.  Though anger for such a choice by the conscious ones and fear from the unconscious ones are understandable human responses, we impress upon you to not run wild with such responses.  They do not serve.  They hinder the transition into sustainable living for all of God’s creations on planet Earth – in all domains of life.  While you gather the power of human consciousness and action to make change – do not do so with anger or hatred in your hearts.  That actually empowers those who are making the self-serving decisions.  Instead, have compassion for their blindness and narrow views.  They create great karma for themselves and will have to deal with that long after resolution has occurred on the planet.  Be strong.  Be tough – but not with hatred in your hearts.  See the world as you would have it.  Pray it in.  Take the actions you can to initiate change and then surrender those actions to highest good.  Do what so many new thought leaders on your planet are doing.  Harness the mind and heart power of people everywhere into one massive expression of loving change.  It can and will work.  Indeed, it is the answer upon which technology must be piggybacked.  In and of itself, the technology won’t be enough.  But the shift and upgrade in consciousness will be – and could save eons of pain for the Mother Earth if she must renew herself without the massive support of her human children.

At the risk of creating the illusion of more duality and an “us/them” consciousness, we would say that you are far more powerful than “they” (the unconscious part of self) would have you know.  For they know that should you claim that power and lovingly unite with, through and as that power, you collectively become the unstoppable Tsnami Wave of Reform on the planet.  Know we honor you deeply and support such a wave as much as universal law allows us to participate.  Many blessings to you of great heart.

In the beginning was love and in the end, love remains.  The human experience is an opportunity for love to know itself by discovering what it isn’t and consciously choosing what it is.  What if all the challenges, the pains, the shames, the losses were no more real than when a group of children play war or CNI or cops and robbers?  What if who you really are can’t be altered from the template of perfection from which you were cast?  What if free will is your ability to assume whatever role calls to you out of curiosity, fear, forgetfulness or wonder?  This appears to be the message from all the great teachers of all the great traditions.  Life is a dream or a nightmare, changing at the whim of perception, forgetfulness, remembrance….  If we could but remember that the waking dream, be it heavenly or ghastly, lasts only as long as the heart slumbers, we would have less fear or attachment to either.   For the good stuff to which we ferociously cling, has planned obsolescence in the world of form and the pains and horrors also have a termination date.  How strange to think as we pray for or frantically seek an end to our suffering, we hold the expiration date in our own heart, locked away in the same chamber that holds our Truth.

Does this make pain any less painful or joy any less joyous?  No.  But it can lessen the sense of powerlessness, the fear of loss, the clinging, and the degree of suffering.  If you are reading this message then you probably are not so steeped into survival that your view of life and humanity has shrunk to daily survival challenges.  Wherever you are, if you can expand your daily lens to see backstage to the part of self that is director of your life, to the choice of stage setting you have on an ongoing basis, to the love that is present, hidden or otherwise in every fiber of creation, you might begin to discern the escape hatch from the present drama. Or follow the exit signs to a world where the power of thought and imagination has dominion over helplessness and hopelessness; where the surrender of the dream only leads to a grander vision, one accessed through the infinite lens of Spirit.  Know things in the world of form and everyday consciousness are accelerating.  Stay very present in the moment and step by step, breath by breath you will find yourself heading to the exit of this yuga (time in history) and into the next where remembrance is your travel guide.
